Review of Seabourn Quest deck 8 (Cabins-Pools-Sundeck1)
“Patio Grill” (portside) serves the pool area with daily grilled specialties. For lunch and dinner, it has a selection of salads and several side dishes, and fresh pizza by the slice throughout the afternoon.
The “Patio Pool” area has 1 swimming pool, 2 Whirlpools, an expansive sunbathing area with luxury loungers, private cabanas, and a stage for live music entertainment. The area is served with drinks by the Patio Bar (poolside, outdoor). Depending on the cruise itinerary, the pool deck also hosts open-air barbecue parties with steak/seafood grilled specialties and caviar.
The “Restaurant 2” (portside location, reservation-only) provides an avant-garde decorated dining experience, featuring an impressive selection of fine wines (food and wine pairings) and regionally-themed dinner menus.
The ship’s second Galley/Kitchen serves Deck 8’s dining venues.
“The Colonnade” restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Colonnade’s chefs cook in an open kitchen, so guests can enjoy watching their food being prepared. The dinner menu here is differently-themed each day. The Colonnade restaurant has an aft Terrace and a starboard outdoor seating area connecting it to the pool zone.
