MS Bijou du Rhone cabins and suites

MS Bijou du Rhone ship (fka Viking Pride) has a total of 75 cabins for 155 passengers. Middle-Upper Deck cabins are all outside (sized 15 m2 / 160 ft2) and equipped with 1 double bed, bedside tables, ample under bed storage (space for suitcases), dimmer lighting, wardrobe (with hangers), mirrored dressing table with 2 chair, en-suite bathroom (glass shower, WC, wash basin, bath products, bathrobe-slippers provided upon request), hairdryer, 26-inch flat TV (satellite reception, news and movie channels - CNN, CNBC, NG, MGM, Sky Cinema), “View From the Bridge” / real-time webcam views), electronic safe box (in the closet), direct-dial phone (intercom / onboard only), individually controlled air-conditioning, power outles (220V / 110V). Complimentary bottled water is supplied daily.

Lower Deck cabins are smaller (sized 12 m2 / 130 ft2) and with 2 lower beds (1 foldaway, 1 sofabed), which allows during the day to be folded to the wall to create more space.

Lower Deck cabins have 1 non-opening window (quarter-height, located near the ceiling). Middle Deck (forward) cabins were with 1 opening window. After drydock refurbishment 2019, all Deluxe staterooms (located midship on decks Middle and Upper) were converted to French Balcony cabins (with sliding glass door opening to a railing / false balcony).

None of the riverboat's cabins has a private balcony. The ship also has no Suites. The number of all cabin categories is 5 (max capacity of 2 guests per cabin). All cabins are furnished with hotel beds (size 79 x 63 inches / 200 x 160 cm), with optional twin-bed configuration. All Standard (cat E) Lower Deck rooms (at river level) have sofabed (size 75 x 31 inches / 190 x 80 cm) and Pullman bed (size 67 x 31 inches / 170 x 80 cm).
