Of all MS Queen Anne staterooms (1397), most are Outside (192x Suites, 744x Balcony, 74x Oceanview) and the remaining are Interior (348). Wheelchair-accessible are 27. The ship has no connecting rooms (for families) or studios (single-occupancy cabins). The number of cabin categories is 28.

All balcony staterooms are with step-out verandas. Grand Suites, Master Suites and the Penthouses are with walk-in closets. Grand and Master suites are with a separate Dining Room, Dressing Room, a second full bathroom (with shower), a vestibule (interconnecting all rooms).

All grades Suite accommodations have floor-ceiling sliding doors, large-size bedroom, bathroom (separate whirlpool bathtub, shower), living area (sofabed, vanity table, chairs, bar). In addition, Grand Suites (Q1) have a dining room, and Master Suites (Q2) have a dining area. Both categories have a dressing room with a walk-in closet. Princess Suites and Queens Suites have a convertible king bed, large living area (sofa, table, bar), dressing room/walk-in closet, bathroom (whirlpool bathtub, shower).

Britannia Balcony categories DC and DB are cabins with fully- or partially obstructed views (due to lifeboats) all positioned midship on Deck 4. The cruise ship also has triple and quad cabins with configurations that include two lower beds plus 1 upper (Pullman), single sofabed, or double sofabed. Some quads have additional bunk bed plus single sofabed.
