Voyager Guarantee cabins are available for booking in two flexible categories - IG (Inside) and OG (Outside). With these grades, Nicko Cruises allows customers to book with a discounted fare an unspecified cabin on an unspecified deck. Cruise Maritime Voyages will later choose the stateroom. Voyager Cabins are generally offered in cases when customers can't request a specific stateroom (as category, deck location or number). Passengers are guaranteed to receive at least a standard-grade room (interior or oceanview), but its number and location will be announced around 2 weeks prior to departure.
Vasco da Gama-Nicko cabins review
Of all Vasco da Gama cabins, 24% have a private balcony. Cruise ship cabins for disabled passengers (wheelchair accessible staterooms) are of the following types (location – grade/numbers): Oceanview (deck 4 – OP #4010-4014, OE #4227-4231; deck 5 – OP #4011-5006-5007, OA #5091; deck 6 – OP #4015; OH #6182-6183) and Inside (deck 5 – IE #5002). The number of all cabin categories is 23.

All cabins have hotel twin beds (lower beds/convertible to king). Also available are single rollaway beds. Staterooms can accommodate cot bed for kids. Rollaway beds and cots are subject to availability and available in selected staterooms.
Each stateroom has a private bathroom (WC, glass-door shower, sink), entertainment center (smart HDTV, DVD player, radio), electronic safe box (in the closet), hairdryer, ample wardrobe space, fridge/minibar, vanity table with chair, sitting area (sofabed).
Penthouse Suites feature luxury bathrooms (large-size whirlpool bathtubs, separate shower, dual sink), spacious wardrobe (walk-in), separate living room (sofa bed) and dining room (8-seat table), pantry, dressing room, guest bathroom (WC).
Suites also have larger bathrooms (whirlpool bathtub, shower, WC), dressing room, lounge area (double sofabed). All Suites and balcony cabins are with floor-ceiling sliding doors opening to a private step-out veranda (furnished with a table and reclining chairs).
Oceanview cabins also have bathtub-shower configuration in the bathrooms. Category 04 (decks 4-5) cabins are with two porthole windows/non-opening. Some oceanviews are with obstructed (fully or partially) views due to lifeboats and other on-deck equipment.
Wheelchair-accessible cabins have wider entry doorways, no thresholds in bathrooms (and more handrails around). Modified accessible rooms have a shower with a smaller step into the bathroom, but all doors are standard size.
Check the deckplan's legend to find staterooms with additional upper bed (Pullman/folding bed) or sofabed (categories 15 and 16 are with a double sofabed). Family cabins (category 10) are with connecting doors and provide sleeping capacity for up to 10 people.
Suite guests enjoy extra benefits part of their premium cruise package deals. Suite staterooms additionally have Nespresso coffee machines and iPod docking stations (preloaded with music). Suite passengers can enjoy hot breakfasts and afternoon tea en-suite service daily, plus priority reservations for the onboard specialty restaurants, also for spa treatments and shore excursions/tours. Suite occupants also can access the exclusive Neptune's Lounge (midship on Deck 10) where are provided at no additional cost beverages (soft drinks, fresh juices, wine by the glass, brand teas and coffees), light snacks and gourmet delicacies (fresh-baked croissants, sandwiches, desserts), fruits. newspapers, magazines.
