The fore-located Navigation Bridge (called "Pilothouse" or "Wheelhouse" on small ships and riverboats) is passenger-accessible. Adjacent to the Pilothouse is the Captain’s Suite/officers' quarters.
The aft-located Sky Lounge features premium furniture, large windows, and direct access to an open-air Terrace Cafe (for relaxation and alfresco dining). Throughout the day, there are served beverages, snacks, fresh-baked cookies and pastries. Sky Lounge's glass doors open to the Cafe (Lido) which is a spacious alfresco dining venue with premium wicker furniture (4-seat tables with cushioned armchairs and sofas with low tables). Sky Lounge's Bar serves water, soda, and light snacks throughout the day. A complimentary Afternoon Tea service is offered between 3:30-4:30 pm. In the evening, there is a complimentary cocktail hour.
Deck 3 also houses passenger cabins from 301 to 320, all of which are Balcony staterooms including categories VS-Veranda Suite and one SB-Single Balcony cabin (aft-portside/#319).
Two Lifts (passenger elevators in the Vestibule/midship) and indoor stairs (forward and midship) connect all cabin decks (1 thru 4). Aft outdoor staircases interconnect decks 3-4 (Sky Lounge's Cafe with Sun Deck).
