AIDAluna deck plan review at CruiseMapper provides newest cruise deck plans (2024-2025-2026 valid floor layouts of the vessel) extracted from the officially issued by AIDA Cruises deckplan pdf (printable version).
Each of the AIDAluna cruise ship deck plans are conveniently combined with a legend (showing cabin codes) and detailed review of all the deck's venues and passenger-accessible indoor and outdoor areas. A separate link provides an extensive information on AIDAluna staterooms (cabins and suites), including photos, cabin plans and amenities by room type and category.
ms AIDAluna (2009-built, last refurbished in 2019, scheduled AIDA Evolution refurbishment in 2025 October-December) is the third of the SPHINX-class AIDA Cruises ships - together with AIDAbella and AIDAdiva. The shipowner is Costa Cruises (Carnival Corporation-owned company), and the liner's operator is the German company AIDA Kreuzfahrten.
AIDAluna cruise ship deck plan shows a total of 1025 cabins for 2050 passengers (max occupancy is 2500) served by 590 crew/staff. The boat has 13 decks (11 passenger-accessible, 6 with cabins), 7 restaurants, 11 bars and lounges, 3 swimming pools, 4 Jacuzzies/outdoor hot tubs, 10 elevators.
Complimentary dining options (included in AIDAluna cruise prices) are Markt, Weite Welt, Pizzeria Mare, and Bella Vista. At additional charge (reservation-only) are Rossini, Buffalo, and the Sushi Bar. In the 3 buffet restaurants on the AIDAluna ship (Markt, Weite Welt, Bella Vista), wine and beer are complimentary for lunch and dinner.
Besides the ship's staff and crew, AIDA passengers are also served by Peper robots - the latest cyborg technology implemented fleetwide in 2016. These humanoid robots greet and guide passengers upon embarkation. They also assist them throughout the cruise by providing information and tips on onboard dining, entertainment, enrichment program (workshops, pre-scheduled events), casino and shopping promotions, shore excursions and tours. Pepper robots are mobile and communicate in 3 languages (English, German, Italian). They can also interpret human emotions by analyzing voice tones and facial expressions.

The ship's wetdock refurbishment 2019 (April 3-16) was at Blohm+Voss Shipyard (Hamburg Germany) and resulted in the following deckplan changes:
- A new lounge facility (Almhutte) is a lodge-style dining venue featuring traditional dishes from the Alps and live music performances. Almhutte represents an expanded restaurant concept with a gourmet menu offering complimentary specialties like pork knuckle, cheese spaetzle noodles, light snacks, draft beers. Service and food are complimentary, all beverages cost extra.
- AIDA Shopping World is a new retail via partnership with the 1879-founded Hamburg-based company Gebr. Heinemann SE & Co. KG. AIDA Shopping World features an innovative design and 400 m2 (4300 ft2) retail space with special offers from world's most famous brands.
- All passenger staterooms and some public areas were renovated and modernized. All restaurants, bars and the SPA complex were refitted.
- Fujifilm Wonder Photo Shop is another new venue offering an interactive experience.
During refurbishment 2019, the cruise liner also received technical upgrades (related to shoreside power capabilities), scheduled regular maintenance works (including stabilizers and propulsion units - bow and stern thrusters), Navigation Bridge refurbishment, diesel-electrical plant upgrades, exhaust system and balast-tanks cleaning, hull coating works.
During the vessel's drydock in 2014 (April 26 - May 5, at Blohm+Voss) were conducted maintenance works (stabilizers, steering, body, machinery), installed new exhaust system (scrubber), renovation works (flooring, cabins, public areas, carpeting, new deck floorings).
