Internet stations are in the reception area. Prices are per minute. Internet packages can be purchased at the Reception (60 min, per hour, per day, or per week). Wi-Fi coverage is shipwide, including all passenger cabins.

Kids Club serves the AIDA Cruises children program (complimentary). The program offers supervised, age-appropriate activities (scheduled morning, afternoon, evening), with up to 6 hours (on port days) and 7 hours (on sea days). The 3 age groups are Seahorses (3-6 yo), Dolphins (7-9 yo), and Sharks (10-11 yo). The list of kids' fun activities includes character meetings and greetings (Alwine, Itzi, Dodo, Achwasachwas), themed parties, treasure hunts, storytelling, watching movies, art-craft workshops, Nintendo console gaming, sports competitions, trivia games. There is an outdoor kids-only area with a paddling pool.

Cruise cabins from 5103 to 5430, of which Inside (categories IA and IB, 4 beds), Oceanview (MA and MB /3-4 beds, 4 connecting), and the rest are Balcony staterooms (category BB /3-4 beds, 4 connecting).
