Ship's Wellness Center consists of Sauna Room, swimming pool (salt-water plunge pool), Spa (treatment room for massages) and Fitness (Gym Room). The complex is served by certified massage therapist, professional fitness trainer and yoga instructor (on select cruises). The ship has no Beauty Salon (hairdresser or barber services). The Gym serves individual and group sporting activities, and is equipped with free weights, 1 exercise bike, 1 rowing machine, stereo (MP3 player dock). Exercise mats and balls are provided complimentary upon request.
The fore-located Library provides panoramic forward views via large windows and has a large collection of polar-themed books. The Library also doubles as Conference Room as it has a long table seating 18 people (plus additional wingback chairs), slide screen and whiteboard. As Conference Hall, the Library is used for small group meetings, themed sessions and private discussions.
Infirmary (ship hospital) is served by a doctor (emergency physician on 24 hour duty) providing only basic medical services. Cruise passengers with pre-existing medical conditions that require specific medication / supplies should come self-reliant. Medications and supplies from the Infirmary cost extra.
Cruise cabins from 501 to 538, all of which are outside staterooms (with opening window) in categories One Ocean Suite, Shakleton Suite, and Twin Private. All cabins lack balconies.
One lift (passenger elevator) connects decks 1 through 5. Deck 6 (Navigation Bridge and staterooms) is accessible only by stairs.
