The Vista View Lounge serves as the primary gathering spot onboard. It hosts drinks, social hour and daily recaps by expedition leaders. Bottled water, hot chocolate, coffee and tea are available 24/7 at a table set up here. A basket of granola bars is available on the bar after outdoor activities. Fresh cookies are set out at 3:00 p.m. daily. Cocktail hour is at 5:30 p.m. and features fruit and cheese platters, as well as bowls of goldfish crackers and pretzels.
The Sitka Rose Dining Room features open seating with made-to-order meals. Breakfast starts at 7:00 a.m., with a coffee station, fruit and pastries available for early risers. Starting at noon, lunch features a salad or soup, a hot entree and a sandwich, and a dessert. Dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. and lasts about 90 minutes. It consists of salad or soup, choice of entree and a dessert. Lunches include unlimited soft drinks, coffee and tea, and dinners give a choice of one free glass of local beer or house wine. Premium wines and other drinks can be ordered at dinner for extra fee.
