Review of AmaPrima deck 4 (Sun)
The Lower Sun Deck seating area (bow location) offers unique vantage points for enjoying the riverside scenery along the AmaPrima itinerary. Next are the Navigation Bridge (passenger accessible) and two stands for bicycles (used on shore excursions).
Navigation Bridge (called Wheelhouse on riverboats) can be lowered when the ship passes under low bridges.
The Prima ship’s all-teak Sun Deck (enclosed by glass railings) offers unobstructed 360° panoramic views. It features a heated-water pool with a whirlpool, luxury lounge chairs, and retractable awnings in the back (shaded seating areas for relaxation). The sundeck’s relaxation area is surrounded by a Walking Track.
On select days, on the Sun Deck guests can also enjoy an alfresco lunch and each morning – an open-air group exercise class.
The ship’s top deck also has a Giant Chessboard and practice golf Putting Green course. By the Putting Green, there is a staircase accessing directly the Prima ship’s wellness facilities (Fitness-Sauna-Massages) and the Chef’s Table restaurant on the Violin Deck below.
