Ambience deck 5 plan (Reception-Cabins-Lobby)

Reception Deck has a Self-Service Laundry and is the ship's boarding deck having two entrances (portside and starboard).

Reception Deck is the base level of the ship’s Atrium (Centre Court) - a 3-decks high, open-floor design area with live music and show entertainment. The Lobby level (1 of 3) has also a Shop and is served by Dicken’s Bar (portside lobby bar serving the foyer).

Reception Desk provides 24-hour guest services, assistance, information, purser).

Destination Experiences / Shore Excursions' Office (open between 10:30 AM - 1 PM, and 3–6 PM) is for shore excursions booking and provides information on tours offered in ports of calls along the cruise itineraries.

Future Cruise Sales office allows discount booking of cruise deals while on the ship.

Reception Deck (deck 5) houses cruise cabins from 5101 to 5195, most of which are Oceanviews (category 6 Standard Twin) and the rest are Inside cabins (category 1 Standard Twin).
