Each of the Amera cruise ship deck plans are conveniently combined with a legend (showing cabin codes) and detailed review of all the deck's venues and passenger-accessible indoor and outdoor areas. A separate link provides an extensive information on Amera staterooms (cabins and suites), including photos, cabin plans and amenities by room type and category.
MS Amera (1988-built, last refurbished in 2023 October-December) between 2002-2019 was operated by HAL-Holland America Line under the name "MS Prinsendam". Prinsendam's last refurbishment (by HAL) was in 2016, and the first drydocking by Phoenix Reisen was in 2019. The liner was initially built for Royal Viking Line (now defunct) and in 1988 bought by Carnival Corporation. The vessel was operated by Cunard Line between 1994-1998 (as Royal Viking Sun) and by Seabourn between 1999-2002 (as Seabourn Sun).
As a former Royal Viking Line cruise ship, Amera is related to its former fleetmates (Fred Olsen's fleet now) Royal Viking Star (Black Watch), Royal Viking Sky (Boudicca), and Royal Viking Sea (Albatros).
Prinsendam/Amera cruise ship deck plan shows a total of 419 staterooms for 838 passengers (max capacity is 1006) served by 470 crew/staff. The boat has 13 decks (9 passenger-accessible, 8 with cabins), 4 restaurants, 4 lounges and bars, 2 swimming pools, 3 outdoor Jacuzzis, 4 elevators.
