The ship's Navigation Bridge (also called “pilot house” or “wheelhouse”) is passenger-accessible and has the latest navigation equipment.

The open-air Promenade encircles the whole top deck, making it perfect for strolling and observation. The Promenade Deck’s seating area has numerous chairs and loungers for relaxation and enjoying the Columbia River scenery views. The American Pride riverboat has on its top deck chairs for all its passengers, including 100+ of the line’s signature rocking chairs painted in white.

The aft-location Sun Deck area has ample deck furniture, a small Golf Putting Green, and an open-air Gym. The outdoor exercise equipment consists of 4 fitness machines, including 2 elliptical trainers, 1 chest-press, and 1 recumbent bike.

There is a shaded seating area (accessible via the elevators) with small tables and chairs. This is also the place where guests can enjoy the ship’s old-style calliope (musical instrument producing sounds through its large whistles by using compressed air).

The Top Deck Cafe serves the whole area with drinks, light snacks, and freshly made pastries throughout the day.
