- Palladium Theatre (level 3)
- Horizon (Internet computers room, also used as meeting room, for classes and workshops)
- The Screening Room (30 seats cinema). It shows the same films also featured at the Globe (12:05 pm, 2:30 pm, 5:30 pm, 8:15 pm and 10:30 pm daily. Because of the small size of the cinema, complimentary tickets have to be reserved in advance at the library. The comfortable high-backed seats include a drink holder and a table beside each one, and can be almost fully reclined.
- Caffe Vivo (complimentary light food and coffee bar- salads, bagels, noodles, cookies, cakes; coffees/teas are extra; open 8am-11pm). Specialty coffees are around GBP1.95 for a large cappuccino and GBP1.15 for a cup of tea.

- Meridian Restaurant (on level 2 is for serving Afternoon Tea 4-4:45pm, and Dinner- club dining with 2 fixed dinner seatings- at 6:30 or 8:30pm/4-course menu; max capacity per table is 8).
