Avalon Tapestry II deck 3 plan (Royal)
Deck layout and review
Review of Avalon Tapestry II deck 3 (Royal)
The Royal Deck layout starts with the “Outside Viewing Deck” (open-air observation area (without seating).
Next is the “Panorama Bistro” – an alternative dining venue where guests can enjoy regional (itinerary-based) specialties and lighter fare.
The “Panorama Lounge” is the Tapestry 2 ship’s main show venue and also a great vantage point to enjoy the scenery. The main lounge has a full-service bar, dance floor, and grand piano for the live entertainment program in the evenings. The evening entertainment includes piano performances (resident pianist), shows by the crew, music by local performers (folklore, classical, dancers, musicians), cocktail hour. Depending on the visited ports along the Avalon Tapestry II itinerary, the Panorama Lounge also hosts local food and wine tastings, tours/excursions- and culture/history related lectures and multimedia presentations by expert guest speakers. Afternoon Tea is served here at 4 pm.
The next area is the ship’s 2-decks high Atrium Lobby. The Atrium is very spacious, with open-floor design and glass-domed (lit by natural daylight). In the Lobby are located Reception Desk (24-hour assistance, information), Cruise Director Office (tours/excursions booking, information on daily activities and special events) and Internet Corner (with 2 Internet computers and a small Library).
Follow the Royal Deck cruise cabins from 301 to 327, all of which Suite accommodations – Panorama Suites (category P) and the two large Royal Suites (category RS, size is 30% larger).
After passenger cabins is the ship’s Hair Salon (served by a certified hairdresser and manicurist /available by appointment only, no Spa massage services).
The aft-location “Club Lounge” is a stylishly furnitured indoor observation lounge with panoramic windows and nightly live entertainment.
