The fore-located Helideck (helicopter-landing platform) serves as Observation Deck and is accessible to passengers. This Outdoor Deck area has a helipad used in cases of medical emergencies. Here are also held outdoor Yoga classes (at surcharge).
Pacifica Theatre (upper balcony level 3 of 3)
Cinema is an indoor movie theater with tiered seating (53 seats) occasionally used as a meeting room for video presentations) and Interdenominational church services (with pre-recorded media). Movies are shown several times a day and in different languages.
King and Country Pub (capacity 105 seats, open between 11 am - 1 am, menu) is a traditional English/Irish pub bar (gastropub) that doubles as sports bar. The menu is a la carte priced, with additional lunch and dinner menus. The main menu has a selection of draught beers, IPAs, ales, craft beers, plus a variety of snacks. The food is standard pub fare and delicious. Among the snack items are marinated olives, fried hominy, deviled eggs, potato chips, tomato-bread soup, polenta fries, chicken wings, roasted pork sliders, cured meats, selection of cheeses. Also available are wines, bourbon flights, cocktails and desserts. The decor features dark wood, brass finishes, deep booths, large-size TV, dartboard. As entertainment are offered darts tournaments and live music performances (by a guitarist-singer duo) in the evenings.
Casino Royale (capacity 262 seats) is a Vegas-style gambling casino with all 195 slot machines and 12 gaming tables, VIP poker room (for high-stake players), a full-service Casino Bar. The Casino staff also provides complimentary gambling lessons. Regularly, here are hosted gambling tournaments. The list of available games includes poker (machines) and table games (Craps, Roulette, Black Jack 21, Caribbean Stud Poker). Slot machines accept real quarters, so getting tokens from the cashier desk is optional. The lounge area is served by the Casino Bar. The lounge area is furnished with tables, plush chairs, sofas. Casino Royale is a smoking-allowed area, but also has a small non-smoking section.
Vintages (51 seats, open between 12 am - 1 am) is the RCI’s signature wine bar with a la carte tapas menu. The menu has appetizers (at US$5 each) and an extensive selection of fine wines and Champagnes (by the glass and bottle). Vintages Bar offers scheduled daily wine education classes and wine tasting events (with sommelier service), a tapas menu (for lunch/dinner) and sometimes an all-you-can-eat buffet (for a fixed fee).
Schooner Bar (capacity 144 seats) is the RCI’s signature piano bar for classy cocktails, live music and trivia games. Decor is nautically-themed, with dark wood, marble, sails, decorative rope netting. There is a grand piano for live performances and sing-alongs in the evenings. Trivia quizzes and Sudoku contests are also part of the evening entertainment.
Chops Grille (92 seats, menu) is a premium steakhouse-seafood restaurant open for Dinner-only (between 6 – 9:30 pm). This is a specialty restaurant (at US$39 surcharge per person) with an open kitchen allowing guests to watch the food preparation. Reservations are recommended. Included in the surcharge are bread with butter (first-served), 2 appetizers, 1 entree and desserts. At extra charge from the menu can be ordered soups, salads, prime meat (beef, veal, pork, lamb, poultry) and seafood specialties. Among those are New York strip steak (12 oz), filet mignon (6 oz, 9 oz), veal chop parmesan, short ribs, lamb chops, roasted chicken, crusted tuna, snapper Veracruz, grilled branzino, lobster, shrimp, scallops. Steaks are served with a choice of 3 sauces (bearnaise, peppercorn, bordelaise). Among the upsell dishes are dry-aged steaks (16 oz), porterhouse (20 oz), Maine Lobster. Chops Grille menu also has sides/sharables (mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, truffled creamed corn, roasted mushrooms, grilled vegetables) and desserts (chocolate pie, chocolate lava cake, red velvet cake, cheesecake, warm cookie plate, ice cream, specialty coffees).
Giovanni’s Table (fka Portofino, capacity 86 seats, menu) is the RCI’s signature Italian specialty restaurant (family-style trattoria) at surcharge per person (US$15 lunch, US$25 dinner). Giovanni’s restaurant is open for Lunch (12-1:30 pm /seadays only) and Dinner (between 6 – 9.30 pm). Reservations are recommended. Among the traditional Italian dishes served here are focaccia (oven-baked bread), ciabatta, antipasti, salads (caprese, Caesar), fresh-made pesto sauce, seafood stew, lasagna, meatballs, eggplant parmigiana, pasta (pappardelle, gnocchi, risotto, crab ravioli), veal osso buco, beef tenderloin steak, torta (chocolate cake), chocolate-fillet-cannoli, bomboloni (doughnuts), tiramisu. Giovanni restaurant’s decor features floor-ceiling windows, wrought iron-wood tables, hanging steel lamps, open kitchen (large area allowing guests to watch their food being prepared).
Chef’s Table (menu) is a private dining room (capacity 16 seats, opens at 7 pm) pm) with cover charge US$85 per person. Reservations are required, and dress code is formal. This premium dinner package is available every night and includes a 5-course gourmet meal. Each of the courses is wine paired. This specialty dinner event starts with a Champagne “meet & greet” with the fellow diners and the assigned sommelier (knowledgeable wine steward). Each of the wines is reviewed by the sommelier, and each of the dishes – by one of the ship’s top chefs. Menus are different each evening depending on the Chef’s personal choice. If reservations are under 12, Chef’s Table could be canceled.
The Colony Club (381 seats) is the ship’s second main show lounge with dance floor and its own full-service bar. The lounge hosts daily art auctions, receptions, karaoke, popular game shows, trivia quizzes, bingo, dance lessons. The lounge also hosts formal events, such as Captain’s Welcome Party, receptions, themed parties, Catholic church services.
Jakarta Lounge (59 seats, open 24-hours) offers cards and popular board games for playing (backgammon, decks of cards, checkers, cribbage, chess). It has a full-service bar and regularly hosts bridge tournaments. The lounge’s classy furniture features polished wood, brass work, tables inlaid with chessboards.
Bombay Billiards Club (15 seats) has a large, wall-mounted TV (for Nintendo Wii /console gaming competitions) and two Gyro pool tables (self-leveling gyroscopic tables).
Singapore Sling’s (105 seats) is an aft-located cocktail bar lounge with comfortable seating and floor-ceiling windows stretching across the ship’s stern.
