Among the brand alcohol choices are Johnny Walker (Blue), Bakery Hill Classic (single malt), Connemara Peated Cask Strength Whiskey (malt), Suntory Hakushu 12-Year-Old (single malt). During the ship's 2017 drydock refurbishment, the 6-course specialty restaurant "SHARE by Curtis Stone" (aft portside) was replaced with "Sabatini’s Italian Trattoria".
Sabatini’s Restaurant is Princess Cruises' signature Italian Trattoria (specialty restaurant at surcharge PP). The 5-course menu includes traditional Italian pasta and seafood specialties. The restaurant is dinner-only (open between 6-11 pm) and reservations are recommended. Cover charges / dinner prices are $25 for adults and $12,50 for kids (ages 3 to 12). Sabatini’s also serves Suite guests with complimentary Breakfast (between 7:30-10 am). The restaurant is via partnership with celebrity chef Angelo Auriana. His dishes are based on using old-world grains (like buckwheat and durum wheat) giving the protein strength necessary to keep the house-made pasta's shape. He also uses high-quality seafood and numerous non-traditional herbs (like mints and marjoram). Sabatini’s menu includes APERITIVO ()warm whole-wheat loaf, zonzelle / fried bread dough, prosciutto crudo / marinated pork ham, , extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar), ANTIPASTI (5 choices - including marinated grilled lamb skewers, squid, prawns, smoked Italian cheeses, house-made crostini), SOUP / SALAD (celery, mushrooms, pear, orange, toasted hazelnuts), DAL PASTAIO (home-made pastas - with prawns, clams, roasted lamb, nebbiolo-braised beef cheek, rice, foraged mushrooms) and SECONDI PIATTI (grouper, shrimp, scallops, capers, rolled black mussels, pork belly, seared chicken breast, fresh mozzarella). Sabatini restaurant's drinks menu offers Italian cocktails (including Prosecco cocktails), luxury French Champagnes (Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Chouilly, Veuve Clicquot Brut Reims), sparkling wines, red and white Italian wines (including Toscan).
Photo Gallery & Shop (photo-video services, equipment, accessories)
