Crystal Serenity deck 12 plan (Lido-Pools)

“Palm Court” is an indoor observation lounge with floor-ceiling windows, large stage and dance floor. The Palm Court is served by Sunset Bar. The lounge offers Afternoon Tea service (between 3-4 pm), themed dance parties and classical concerts wit hlive performances in the evenings. Palm Court also serves as ship’s Art Gallery, having many artworks on display and hosting art auctions (at wholesale prices). During drydock 2018, The Palm Court received more 2-seat tables, new finishes, new carpeting. The show stage was relocated in “in-the-round” concept together with a new modernized bar area.

The “Waves” (portside) and “Fantasia” (starboard) are ship’s youth lounges, respectively, for teens and kids (3-7yo and 8-12yo). Both clubs offer complimentary programming with supervised activities, including watching movies on large TVs, video gaming, arcades, game consoles (Xbox, PS2, Nintendo, Kinect), sports contests, pool table, themed parties, scavenger hunts, arts-crafts, karaoke, dancing. Baby sitting is offered for toddlers 1+ yo (per hour charge).

The Seahorse Pool area has a stage for live entertainment, an outdoor swimming pool flanked by 2 Jacuzzies/Whirlpools, and a large sunbathing area with many padded loungers, chairs and tables.

“Trident Bar & Grill” (portside) is a fast-food dining venue open for late Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner (between 10 am - 6 pm). This place has lush greenery (with live trees and chef’s herb garden), comfortable furniture and the whole area is retractable glass-roofed. The outdoor Trident Bar serves the Neptune-Seahorse pool area with burgers (including veggie and chicken), hotdogs, fresh pizza, sandwiches, and drinks.

The “Scoops” ice cream bar (starboard) is an outdoor bar with a teak-decked shaded seating area, mosaic tiles,  plush sofas and comfortable armchairs.

The pool area is covered by a sliding glass roof and served by the Tastes buffet stations.

“Tastes” (starboard) was a waiter-service lido pool buffet serving casual late Breakfast (till 11:30am), Lunch and an alfresco Dinner. The dinner menu features home-made soups, pizza, gourmet starters and main courses, also fine wines (by glass/bottle).

Tastes became "Silk Kitchen & Bar" after drydock 2018 refit, serving Chinese comfort food.

The “Lido Cafe” (portside-starboard areas) was a casual-dining self-service buffet that also serves the pool deck area. It is open for Breakfast (Early Bird 5-6:30am, Early Riser 6:30-7:30am and full Breakfast 7:30-10am) and for Lunch (12-1:30pm, alfresco, with themed buffets).

Marketplace & Churrascaria Buffet: Following 2018 refit, Lido Cafe became The Marketplace during daytime and a Brazilian steakhouse, Churrascaria, in the evening.

Passenger-accessible decks are interconnected via 8x elevators (3x forward, 3x midship, 2x aft).
