Queen’s Lounge (capacity 568 seats) is the ship’s theater and main show lounge, also serving the Holland America Line’s onboard enrichment program (via a new partnership with BBC Earth). The theater lounge offers as entertainment daily bingo games, lectures, media presentations. In the evenings, here are presented live band music, large-scale show productions and concerts, performances by comedians, magicians, illusionists.

The Lobby Hall houses Shore Excursions Desk (booking, information, planning) and Front Office (Reception/Guest Services Desk - 24-hour assistance, information, reservations / bookings).

Wine Tasting Bar & Gourmet Shops (wine sampling, bottles available for purchasing)
Wajang Theatre & Culinary Arts Centre (124-seats cinema; offers cooking shows and culinary classes presented in demonstration kitchens/partnership with “Food & Wine Magazine”; also used for religious services)
Pinnacle Grill (capacity 86 seats) is a reservations-only steakhouse and seafood restaurant for lunch and dinner, with fine wines selection and surcharges per person. The venue is free for children under 12 yo. Teens are charged 1/2 adult's cover charge. Via partnership with the NYC “Le Cirque” French restaurant, once per Holland America cruise this venue transforms into “An Evening at le Cirque” - higher surcharge PP, extra wine list charge, and “Le Cirque” dinner menu).
La Fontaine Restaurant (capacity 835 seats, lower level 1 of 2) is an aft-located Dining Room with open seating Breakfast and Lunch and 2 Dinner options - “Any Time” dining between 5:15-9 pm (on deck 5) or 2 fixed seatings on deck 4 (at 5:45 pm or 8 pm).
