Review of MS Alisa deck 4 (Sundeck-Pool)
The fore-located Navigation Bridge (called "Wheelhouse" on riverboats and small ships) is passenger accessible and telescopic (can be lowered for passing under low bridges).
The large Sundeck has shaded seating areas (covered by retractable awnings, with deckchairs and 4-seat tables), sunbathing areas (with padded premium patio chairs, 2-seater sofas, low tables, sun loungers), Covered Terrace (outdoor Lounge with 4-seat tables, covered by a retractable roof), an outdoor plunge pool (large Jacuzzi/whirlpool hot tub), games area (Shuffleboard, Giant Chess Set).
Sun Deck can be also accessed via outside stairs from Orion Deck's Panorama Terrace (forward) and from Lido Terrace (aft). Sundeck's Terrace (in front of the Wheelhouse) is an outdoor (open-air) lounge with 4-seat tables and full bar service from Deck 3's Lounge (below). The Sundeck Terrace is also served with fast food by the BBQ (barbeque station).
Smoking is permitted only on Sun Deck and in a designated area.
All decks are interconnected via stairs (forward, midship, aft), including a grand staircase in the Atrium (midship). One Lift (passenger elevator) connects all cabin decks (Neptune-Saturn-Orion).
All structures on Sun Deck (Wheelhouse, awnings, railings) are retractable and lowered when the ship passes under low bridges.
