The Restaurant is where all meals are served at open-seating configurations of 6, with a few 4- and 8-tops. Served from approx 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., breakfast consists of an extensive buffet, with an omelet station. Daily specials like French toast, eggs Benedict or pancakes, can be ordered from the waiters. The 2-hour lunch window varies, depending on the day's activities. The meal is a hybrid between buffet and made-to-order meals, with a soup and ethnic specialties complementing a salad bar, sandwiches, and pasta station. French fries, Hamburgers, and hot dogs are available anytime. A dessert buffet occasionally includes an ice cream bar. Dinner starts at 7:00 p.m., after the daily port talk. It is a 4-course, 2-hour set-seating beginning with a cold appetizer, followed by hot appetizer (soup). There is a choice of 3 entrees, with meat, fish and vegetarian options available.
