On Boat Deck (deck 4) are located passenger staterooms (from 300 to 339, each with a step-out balcony), Bar Lounge (Tsar's Bar, fore-located observation lounge with floor-ceiling windows, capacity 52 seats) and a smoking-allowed area (open deck space aft-starboard).

On Upper Deck (deck 3) are located passenger staterooms (from 200 to 239, each with a step-out balcony) and the Dining Room Restaurant. On Upper Deck is also the Ironing Room (chargeable laundry service

One elevator (passenger lift) interconnects all cabin decks (2-3-4, excluding decks 1-Lower and 5-Sun). The cruise ship is not recommended for wheelchair users.
