MS Verdi deck 4 plan (Sun)

Navigation Bridge (called “Wheelhouse” on riverboats) is passenger accessible and telescopic. The entire structure is lowered when passing under low bridges.

Sun Deck is an outdoor relaxation and sunbathing area fitted with retractable awnings (midship shaded seating zones) that can be lowered when the riverboat passes under low bridges. This open-air sundeck area is furnished with loungers, deckchairs, and small 4-seat tables. Here aft is the ship’s designated smoking area.

Sun Deck is the best vantage point to enjoy the unobstructed countryside views along the cruise itinerary route. Weather permitting, here are held morning exercise classes (complimentary, including Zumba, Yoga, Aerobics).

The sundeck area is accessible only by stairs as the ship's elevator goes to Upper Deck only. However, for passengers with disabilities, there is a hydraulic chair lift linking Upper Deck with Sun Deck.

For wind protection, the sundeck is shielded with transparent glass panels.
