Review of MS William Shakespeare deck 3 (Upper-Hamlet)
Upper Deck is the riverboat's Lobby (Foyer/entrance hall) with Tour-Reception Desk (24-hour assistance, information, purser services, excursions information, onboard cruise booking), a Library, and Boutique Shop.
The fore-located Bar Lounge has floor-ceiling windows, comfortable seating, and a full-service Bar. The Lounge also serves the cruise company's enrichment program with cruise tour itinerary (ports and excursions) related daily lectures and media presentations, as well as nightly entertainment program with live music performances and dance parties.
Aft is located the Bar Bistro - Lido alternative to the Dining Room Restaurant. The Bistro is served by its own Bar and has an outdoor terrace and open kitchen. Here are served early Breakfast, light Lunch, and Dinner. In good weather, the floor-ceiling window doors are fully opened onto the terrace for al fresco dining. Bistro's dining is complimentary, but dinners require reservations due to the restaurant's small capacity (24 seats).
Cruise cabins from 301 to 332, all of which are outside Upper Deck staterooms in categories French Balcony and Deluxe Balcony Suite.
All cabin decks are fully air-conditioned and accessed via lift and staircase.
