Deck layout and review
Review of MSC Seashore deck 16 (Boston Light-Suites-Yacht Club Lounge-Sundeck-Lido-Pools)
Note: Deck 16 is named after Boston Light Lighthouse (Little Brewster Island, Boston Harbor, Massachusetts USA).
The fore-located Top Sail Lounge (lower level 1 of 2) is a 2-deck high indoor bar lounge with live music, restaurant (on upper level), an outdoor sundeck area (with bow views). Top Sail Lounge is an exclusive complex for MSC Yacht Club cabin passengers only. The food (including gourmet canapes) and beverages are concierge-served and complimentary.
Forward are also located MSC Yacht Club Concierge Area and cruise cabins (from 16001 to 16053) all of which are MSC Yacht Club Suites in categories YIN-Interior Suite, YC1-DeLuxe Suite, and YC3-Royal Suite (rooms #16043 & 16026).
The midship-located Magrodome Area (Jungle Pool, Jungle Pool Lounge, Jungle Bar/indoor pool bar) has deckchairs and table games (foosball, Ping-Pong). Nearby is the Zipline's entrance.
Jungle Pool is a swimming pool and sundeck covered by a Magrodome. The Magrodome is a large retractable (slide-opening) glass roof that can be closed to create an indoor relaxation/entertainment area. In comparison to the SEASIDE-class, this "indoor sundeck" on SEASIDE EVO-class MSC ships has been enlarged and expanded (to include an additional / upper deck) providing more and new areas for relaxation. Jungle Pool Deck is a short walk to the Buffet Restaurant where passengers can enjoy complimentary snacks.
Jungle Pool Lounge & Beach Bar (lower level 1 of 2)
Marketplace Buffet & Restaurant is family-kids-friendly and has multiple food stations including carvery, pizzeria (also made-to-order pies), fast-food (panini sandwiches, wraps, burgers, hot dogs), salad bar, fruits, vegan, bread and pasta (fresh-baked on the ship), beverage bar. Marketplace Buffet is open between 6.30 am - 2 am. The restaurant is a great choice for late-night pizzas and afternoon snacks.
Sky Bar
"Bridge of Sighs" is a panoramic catwalk (glass-floored walking platform with glass railings) located 22 m / 72 ft above the ship's Infinity Pool (aft on Deck 8).
