MSC World America (2025-built) is the second WORLD-class vessel of MSC Cruises—the fleet’s largest and most innovative ships ever constructed. The same design is shared by three sisterships delivered in 2022 (MSC World Europa), 2026 (MSC World Asia), and 2027 (MSC World Atlantic).
The MSC World America deck plan shows 2614 staterooms for 5240 passengers (maximum capacity 6774), served by 2138 crew. The ship has 20 decks (16 passenger-accessible, 12 with cabins), 13 dining venues and food bars (including 3 MDRs/main dining rooms and 6 specialty restaurants), 21 lounges and bars, 7 swimming pools, 13 Jacuzzis (outdoor whirlpools/hot tubs, including 4 cantilevered), and 39 elevators (11 of them Panoramic glass-walled/floored lifts in the Atrium).
MSC World America’s decks are named after major port cities across the Caribbean, South America, the USA, and Canada: Cozumel (5), Nassau (6), Santos (7), Miami (8), Seattle (9), Port Canaveral (10), Halifax (11), Los Angeles (12), Montevideo (14), Rio de Janeiro (15), Fort-de-France (16), Buenos Aires (18), New York (19), Ocean Cay (20), San Juan (21), Ocho Rios (22).
This unique ship features more than 40,000 m2 (430,000+ ft2) of public space, 15,000 m2 (161,000 ft2) of outdoor deck space, a 3440 m2 (37,000 ft2) main pool deck area, and over 760 m2 (8200 ft2) of children’s interior facilities designed by LEGO & Chicco (seven rooms dedicated to different age groups). Additional highlights include the Zen District (adults-only wellness and relaxation complex), Family District (with 10 kids’ facilities, pools, clubs, and playgrounds), a Family Sundeck (kids-friendly sunbathing space), an expansive Aquapark (with outdoor playgrounds, splash pools, water cannons, and three waterslides with virtual reality elements), and a Teens Sundeck with its own swimming pool and spa pool.
