Tere Moana deck plan changes 2012 refurbishment review
In 2012, right after the vessel’s acquisition by Paul Gauguin (PG) Cruises, Tere Moana underwent an extensive multi-million drydock refurbishment in Lisbon, Portugal. The list of changes in onboard facilities and amenities included:
- new furniture and upholstery
- new art collection
- new, energy-saving LED lighting
- renovated deck flooring, carpeting
- In all passenger cabins and public areas wall- and floor coverings were also replaced.
- Cabin amenities were upgraded according to the PG line’s standards.
- Deck plan changes included new balconies added to 8 staterooms.
The ship was last refurbished in 2018 (at Naval Rocha shipyard in Lisbon Portugal).
