The Schiff 6 vessel has 5 sisters from the same class – Schiff 3 (2014), Schiff 4 (2015), Schiff 5 (2016), Schiff 1 (2018) and Schiff 2 (2019). The shipowner and operator TUI Cruises GmbH is a joint venture capital company of TUI AG (German travel corporation /formerly Preussag AG) and Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd (world’s second largest passenger shipping corporation after Carnival).

TUI Mein Schiff 6 cruise ship deck plan shows a total of 1267 cabins for 2534 passengers (double occupancy) served by 1000 crew/staff. The ship has 15 passenger accessible decks (total of 18000 m2 / 193,750 ft2 outdoor deck space), with 13 restaurants/bistros, 13 bars and lounges, 2 swimming pools (1 covered), 4 jacuzzies, 10 elevators.

The ship’s design makers list features renowned companies, such as Wilson Butler Architects (deck areas, public spaces, theatre, concert hall), CM Design (interior/public areas, cruise cabins, restaurants, entertainment venues), Tillberg Design (interior).
