Uptown Bar & Grill (complimentary semi-outdoor casual restaurant by the Aqua Park, grills, burgers, cold drinks). In October 2016 (Oct 9), the Uptown Grill was replaced by the “Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville At Sea” (Bar & Grill restaurant). This classic blues bar / grill / fast food restaurant is a la carte priced, open-air, and conveniently located by the Aqua Park. It serves signature food items, specialty drinks (incl the “Who’s To Blame Margarita” cocktail) and offers live music performances. Margaritaville at Sea was first introduced (as complimentary restaurant) on the NCL Escape ship in 2015. Some of the Margaritaville’s menu items (prices and main ingredients in brackets) are – Cheeseburger in Paradise ($7, Ameican cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles), Cheddar BBQ Burger ($7, cheese, bacon, fried onions, lettuce), Rancho Deluxe Burger ($7, bacon, Monterey Jack cheese, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes), Volcano Burger ($7, chili, corn chips, pickled jalapeno, guacamole), Grilled Chicken Sandwich ($6, marinated chicken breast, Monterey Jack cheese, bacon, Dijonnaise mustard, lettuce, tomato), Beach Club ($4, ham, roasted turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, toasted country bread), Chicken Quesadilla ($7, Tinga chicken, Oaxaca Jack cheese, lime crema, pico de gallo, guacamole, whole jalapeno), Key West Fish Sandwich ($9, seasoned grilled fish, cilantro lime slaw, tomato, jalapeno tartar sauce, fries, lemon), Fish and Chips ($8, hand-dipped in LandShark batter, fries, cilantro lime coleslaw, jalapeno tartar sauce, lemon), Fish Tacos ($7, LandShark batter fried fish, cilantro lime slaw, avocado, lime crema, pico de gallo, whole jalapeno).

“The Haven” is a Suite- and Villa-guests only complex, consisting of- The Haven Courtyard (retractable roof adults pool area, 2 Whirlpools), private spa, steam room, small gym), The Haven Restaurant and The Haven Lounge (with a premium liquors bar)
