Luke's Bar & Grill (Luke Mangan Restaurant/fka Salt Grill) is a fast food bar by celebrity chef Luke Mangan (open between 11 am - 11 pm) for burgers, hotdogs, chicken wings, kebabs, fries, prawns. Food is complimentary, drinks cost extra. This outdoor eatery replaces the Salt Grill, found onboard the rest of the P&O fleet. Food is not free, but the prices are reasonable and burgers are from US$5, a hot dog with kimchi, wasabi mustard and cheese is US$4, BBQ soy-glazed chicken wings with fries and pickles is US$4, a large plate of fries is US$3. The popular Salt Grill breakfast burger features Cajun-spiced pork pattie, egg, cheese, bacon, pickle, kimchi aioli, and lettuce. Vegetarians can order buffalo mushroom and mozzarella burgers with onion jam, lettuce, tomato, and raita. Wine and beer are also offered. Luke's Bar also functions as a specialty restaurant for lunch and dinner. Luke's Restaurant offers signature Luke Mangan dishes, like Kingfish Sashimi and licorice parfait, Barramundi for two, Kitchen beef slider. The daily burger menu includes dishes like Spiced Sydney sirloin and Cajun-spiced ocean trout (plus a takeaway option).

The Fun Shops is named the ship's duty-free shopping complex of stores (open between 8 am - 12 midnight) selling Carnival Cruise Lines logo merchandise (ship models, fun wear-apparel), Special Occasions (gifts, souvenirs, packages), name-brand boutique merchandise (luxury jewelry-watches, designer bags-hats-shoes-fashion-accessories-sunglasses, perfumes-cosmetics-beauty products), also liquor-tobaccos and conveniences.

Ocean Bar (Atrium bar with lounge area, dance floor, a stage for live performances; hosts art auctions)

Encounter Hotel is a daily piano bar that transforms into a traditional English pub bar in the evening. The bar features comfortable furniture, dance floor, stage for live performances and offers fine alcohol and craft beers. During the day, the bar serves English pub lunches (complimentary) and whiskey flights (brand malt whiskey alcohol sampling, at surcharge).

Black Circus Theatre is an aft-located entertainment venue (Lounge & Bar) with a large stage for live performances by guest comedians, singers, illusionists. The lounge is served by its own full-service Bar. Intended for cabaret performances, the venue aims to feature a supper club vibe but there are no full-size tables to eat supper, so it's basically a theatre with rows of seats along with ledges to place drinks. During the day, the lounge is used for kids' TC&Skipper's Island Adventure Show, The Edge's laser tag and early evening movies.

Internet Desk (Internet computers room/24-hour)

Piano Bar 88 (cocktail bar) offers themed music nights, a grand piano for live performances by a resident pianist, singalongs, trivia quizzes. The bar is among the best places for pre-dinner drinks and singing.

The Trattoria is an Italian restaurant open for lunch (complimentary) and dinner (surcharge/a la carte). For Lunch, the restaurant operates as a complimentary waiter-served Pasta Bar. Lunch menu includes made-to-order pastas (Linquini, Penne, Farfalle), sauces (Red Clam, Pomodoro, Bolognese, Alfredo), toppings (grilled chicken, Italian sausage, garlic shrimp, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, spinach, mushrooms, peppers, broccoli, arugula), also meat lasagna, Caesar salad, bread. For Dinner, the restaurant is reservations-only, at surcharge ($15 for adults, $5 for kids 11 and under) and with a la carte menu. Dinner menu includes antipasti, arancini, parmigiana, calamari, meatballs, salads (Caprese, Caesar, Di Rucola), pastas, lasagna, spaghetti, grilled salmon, sides, red/white wines (by the glass and bottle), Italian beers (Peroni, Moretti), cocktails, specialty waters, desserts (tiramisu cake, cannoli, apple tart), specialty coffees, after dinner liqueurs. The kids menu for dinner offers meatball spaghetti, fried chicken tenders, fish fingers, mac-n-cheese, cannoli. The specialty dining experience includes waiters dancing and singing Italian favorites.
