“Theatre Royal” (capacity 650 seats, forward location, two nightly shows: at 8.30 p.m. and 10.30 p.m.) is the ship’s main show lounge with a revolving stage for grand-style musical productions, comedy shows, gameshows; also hosts religious services. The theatre boasts the latest technical advantages, high-tech audio, video & lighting equipment along with a revolving stage).
Anderson’s Bar is named after Arthur Anderson (1792-1868) – the P&O’s founder. It has comfortable furniture – deep sofas, club chairs, rugs. The Anderson’s Bar also serves the casino lounge area.
Monte Carlo Club Casino (location forward-starboard, slots and gambling tables- poker, roulette, blackjack, complimentary gaming lessons, opens at 7:00 p.m.)
Harlequins Disco & Nightclub has a large dance floor and is also used daily for Zumba and dancing classes. Featuring a couple of Harlequin figurines at its entrance, the club has an in-laid, wooden floor, which offers an open space for ballroom, sequence and Latin dancing or Zumba during the day. The floor area is reduced in the evenings to a small space for late night discos with lighting and high-tech sound equipment.
“Lord’s Tavern” is a very fresh looking sports bar with inside-outside shaded seating (starboard), big TV, live music, bingo, karaoke, Nintendo bowling. A tribute to the popular Lord's Cricket Ground, this British-style sports bar features cricket memorabilia with its wall adorned by a 8.8m long by 2.3m high hand-painted mural of Lord's, along with life-sized figures. Lord's Tavern also has a canopy above the bar, that is reminiscent of the awning over Lord's stands, along with a green carpet with cross-mowed lawn effect.
Pacific Lounge & Dance Club has a large dance floor and offers live show entertainment. The lounge hosts arts/crafts classes, guest lectures, cooking demonstrations, with nightly comedy/cabaret style entertainment, gameshows, dancing parties, talent shows.
