Review of Riverside Mozart deck 2 (Seahorse-Cabins-Lobby-Spa-Pool)

The upper level of the fore-located wellness complex has the ship’s Spa consisting of two Treatment Rooms (for massages /portside), Riverside Life Spa (operated by Riverside Hotels), Sauna and Steam rooms (starboard), Locker Rooms, an indoor heated-water pool and a large-size whirlpool. There is a Relaxation Area (most forward) with comfortable seating.

The ship also has a small Beauty Salon (Riverside Salon) providing professional hairdresser and barber services.

Guest Laundry room is a self-serve facility (complimentary, detergent is provided).

Compass Room is a small meeting room.

The midship Atrium Lobby houses Reception Desk, The Pantry, Library, the boat’s embarkation/disembarkation areas.

Reception Desk provides 24-hour guest services (information, assistance, cashier services, cruise line's tours and excursions information). Here can also be found the ship’s Cruise Director for information on ports, tour itineraries, daily scheduled onboard and ashore activities and events.

Marked as “Entrance” are two indoor areas used during embarkation/disembarkation in ports of call.

The Pantry is a 24-hour open coffee-tea corner (self-serve) offering complimentary fruits, snacks, sparkling water, juices, wine.

Deck 2’s layout also shows the ship’s two tender boats (“Tender Platform” on the stern) used for scenic river cruising.

Passenger cabins from 201 to 252, all of which are French Balcony staterooms in categories Owner Suite (Mozart Suite + adjacent Riverside Suite/room pairs 225+227 and 222+226), in the former Crystal category CS-Crystal Suite. Seahorse Deck houses all staterooms in categories Penthouse Suite, Riverside Suite and Symphony Suite (room 201).
