SS Beatrice deck 5 plan (Sun)

Navigation Bridge (called “Wheelhouse” on river cruise ships) is passenger accessible and telescopic (can be lowered for passing under low bridges). By the Bridge there is a station with bicycles and Nordic walking sticks for passengers, offered complimentary on all Uniworld tours and excursions ashore (including on individually organized tours). All bicycles have locks, helmets are provided on request.

Sun Deck is a spacious outdoor relaxation and sunbathing area with shaded seating (three retractable awnings) and numerous padded chaise loungers. The sundeck is the ship’s smoking area, and the best vantage point to enjoy the unobstructed countryside views along the SS Beatrice itinerary route. Weather permitting, in the mornings here are held complimentary exercise classes (including Zumba, Yoga, Aerobics).

With mid-ship location is the Deck Games area – with Giant Chess and shuffleboard.

In the rear, there is a small outdoor seating terrace (tables and chairs) directly accessible from the Captain’s Lounge (on deck 4 below) via a narrow staircase.
