Dining Room features 3 round tables each accommodating 6 to 8 diners, with no assigned seating. A couple of steps lead to the dining room from the salon and guests may choose to observe the scenery passing by through the wall of picture windows. The sand-colored dining room is brightened by crisp cloths, modern art prints and fresh flower bouquets. Though the dress are casual, the crew serves all meals and no help-yourself buffets are found here. Dinner is planned accordingly whenever the yacht encounters a fisherman carrying his boatload of bay shrimp, halibut, salmon or king crab, and the chef makes purchase. Alaskan meals are focused on fresh fish. An alternative dinner entree is offered, such as roast duck, grilled chicken or lamb. Quality wines, a white and red ones, are poured at dinner, and all drinks are included in the cruise price and available whenever wanted.
