Crystal Dining Restaurant is the Pearl ship’s open-seating Dining Room with floor-ceiling windows on both sides, rectangular and round tables, permanent buffet station in the middle. Dining Room’s times are Breakfast (7-9 am), Lunch (12:30 – 1:30 pm), and Dinner (at 7 pm). Tables capacity is 2 and 3 seats but can be put together to accommodate large groups.
Breakfasts and lunches are mainly buffet-style, with few hot dishes available for off the menu ordering (incl French toast, oatmeal, eggs). The breakfast menu features fruits, cheeses, cereal, yogurt, bread, pastries, scrambled eggs, cold meats, fish, plus made-to-order omelet station. Lunch menu features salads, sandwich fixings, 2 soups, 2 main dishes (incl vegetarian), regional cuisine specialty, pasta and carving stations, cheeses, desserts (incl cookies, cakes, ice cream). Dinner is waiter-served. The dinner menu features 2-3 appetizers, 1 soup, 1 entree (incl meat, seafood, vegetarian), 1 dessert. Always available are salads (green, Caesar), hamburger/cheeseburger with fries, chicken, salmon, steak, cheese plate for dessert. Captain’s formal dinners (Welcome and Farewell) are also held here. Lunches and dinners offer complimentary wine, beer, soft drinks.
Scenic Pearl cruise director often schedules culinary-themed onboard activities, like the galley tour or cooking demonstrations by some of the chefs.
Table La Rive is a private dining concept for a Chef’s Table experience. This is a 10-seats table set up at the dining room’s end. Guests here enjoy a 3-hour long dinner with a 6-course gourmet menu featuring different wine by course.
Rhine Deck cruise cabins from 201 to 235, all of which are Balcony Suites (categories B, BA, and C-aft) plus Junior Suites (categories BJ-forward, and BS /single occupancy suite).
