Review of Seven Seas Explorer deck 12 (Sundeck-Sports-Cabins)
Sports Deck has Power Walking / Jogging Track (full-circle,/ 7 laps = 1 mi), Putting Green golf course and Golf Nets (aft), traditional deck games (Shuffleboard, Bocce Court), Paddle Tennis Court, outdoor lounge furniture.
Sports Deck also features the first-ever on cruise ship Pickleball Court. The facility is run by Adventure Golf Services and is a 2-sports court used for both Pickleball and Paddle Tennis. Pickleball is a racquet sport with elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis. Two, three or four players use solid (made of wood or composites) paddles to hit a perforated polymer ball over a net. The unique installation (located aft / portside and starboard) also includes a paddle tennis court, shuffleboard, 18-hole Mini Golf (Putting Green), GolfCourt Hitting Bay (golf driving range) and Bocce Court.
On Deck 12 midship there is a sundeck area furnished with top-luxury lounge furniture and overlooking the swimming pool on Deck 11 below.
