Observation Lounge” (bow location) during the day is a relaxation lounge offering 270-degree panoramic views along the Seven Seas Splendor itinerary route. The lounge features floor-ceiling slanted windows, comfortable seating, full bar service, evening entertainment program (live music and singing performances).

Card Room is the bridge playing club lounge. Connoisseur Club is the ship's cigar club. The smoking lounge has comfortable seating (leather armchairs) and sells fine cigars and premium liquor (including rare vintage cognacs). The Library is well stocked, also with comfortable seating, and along with books has DVDs and popular board games.

Culinary Arts Kitchen is RSSC fleet's first teaching kitchen/cooking school with all 18 cooking stations positioned in 3 rows. Each of these individual stations is equipped with a quartz countertop, induction cooktop, and stainless steel sink. All dishes are crafted with locally-sourced ingredients. The new cooking school features floor-ceiling windows and offers 12 different classes (at fee) themed as food and wine, fish and shellfish, healthy cooking, mini-desserts, etc. As part of Culinary Arts Kitchen's program, the Regent cruise line also offers "Gourmet Explorer Tours" ashore. Participants are accompanied by a local tour guide and a chef from the Kitchen. Depending on the cruise itineraries, the Regent's Gourmet Explorer program offers culinary tours with signature events, such as dining at Michelin-starred restaurants, visits to local vineyards and food markets. All tours feature artisanal food and wine tastings.

La Veranda & Sette Mari is the ship's Lido buffet restaurant for self-service late breakfast, lunch (regionally themed food) and dinner. In the evenings, the Veranda restaurant transforms into the Sette Mari - a casual dining venue with waiter service. La Veranda restaurant has a pizzeria and offers al fresco dining on its outdoor shaded terrace (aft). Each evening, La Veranda becomes Sette Mari - complimentary Italian restaurant (a la carte menu, fine Italian wines menu). The Destination Corner serves the local dishes of the destination.

The Lido Pool area has 1 rectangular swimming pool (teak-ringed, with a 3-inch / 8 cm deep section) flanked by 2 Jacuzzies (spa pools / whirlpool hot tubs), an expansive sunbathing area (padded double loungers, deckchairs, tables), a stage for live music performances. There is also an outdoor smoking area (starboard) where smoking is allowed on deck. Lido deck's pool area is serviced by dedicated staff standing by.

Pool Bar & Grill serves the pool deck with beverages, refreshments, bite-to-go, light snacks and gourmet sweets. The Grill Bar also serves al fresco breakfast and lunch.
