The Atrium Lobby houses the ship's passenger service desks – Shore Concierge (Silversea Cruises tours / shore excursions booking, information, planning), Reception (24-hour guest assistance, information, purser services) and Cruise Consultant (Silversea cruise deals booking on board).

Dolce Vita (capacity 109 seats) is the ship's Lobby Bar Lounge with comfortable seating, grand piano (live music performances in the afternoons / evenings), complimentary cocktails (throughout the cruise), and dance floor (used for evening parties).

Venetian Lounge (aft location, capacity 320 seats) is the ship’s main Show Lounge / Theater presenting in the evenings full-scale music and show productions with live performances - classical soloists, cultural entertainment, stabd-up comedy acts. Daily entertainment program offers trivia games, bingo, movies, enrichment lectures and media presentations related to nature, history, culture, politics, cruise itineraries (ports of call and travel destinations).

Conference Room (starboard, capacity 58 seats) hosts small and business group meetings and conferences at sea.

Laundrette (self-serve laundry facility)

Cruise suites from 501 to 533, all of which are Classic Veranda Suites in categories V1-forward and V3-midship. Here are also the ship’s all four wheel-chair accessible rooms (category V3) with mid-ship location (by the elevators).
