Tor's Observation Library / Observation Lounge (capacity 55 seats) offers amazing forward views from its floor-ceiling panoramic windows. The lounge is fitted with a radar screen and audio listening stations. Passengers are provided with astronomical maps and binoculars. Here are often hosted private cocktail parties.

The Library has a small selection of books, puzzles, board games, magazines, newspapers, reference books, Silversea cruise itineraries related travel guides, DVDs, CDs, on-demand-movies. The Library has 7 Internet computers and also offers printing services.
