Main Lounge & Bar (named Monet) is an indoor observation and entertainment lounge with its own full-service bar. The Lounge has a dance floor, a stage for the evening entertainment program (live music by resident duo pianist/singer), and performances by local guests boarding the boat. Monet Lounge hosts the Uniworld Cruises’ enrichment program, which includes cooking demonstrations and guest lectures (themed food and wine, art and music, culture, architecture, etc). A traditional pre-dinner event here is the Cruise Director’s talks. They offer information and tips about the next-day scheduled Uniworld excursions (complimentary) and optional tours (cost extra) ashore.
The Lobby area has the ship’s Reception Desk / Concierge, providing 24-hour assistance, information on the daily program’s scheduled activities, Spa reservations. The Reception also serves the Uniworld cruise excursions and onboard future cruise booking programs. Guests can find here the River Baroness’s Cruise Director.
The Lobby also has a 24-hour open tea/coffee station (available bottled water, cookies, candies) and an Internet corner (2 computer stations /printing services offered at the Reception).
Boutique Shop sells luxury brands jewelry and watches, Uniworld logo wear, also local / itinerary-based merchandise (mostly souvenirs).
