Utopia Of The Seas deck 4 plan (Entertainment Place-Casino-Studio B)

Royal Theater (complimentary, capacity 1401 seats, stage/lower level 1 of 2) is the ship’s main show lounge for Broadway-style dance and music productions and aerial acrobatic performances in the evenings. The theater presents nightly 2 grand shows – early (at 8 pm) and late (at 10 pm) to match the assigned dining room sittings. Both are full-length production shows specially designed for the cruise ship – with professional performances (singing, dancing, acting, live band music), excellent decors and lighting. Signature shows are “Hairspray” (musical comedy / original Broadway production themed on humor and commentaries on early 1960's race relations) and "Flight" (themed on the history of flying). Other theater entertainment options are the rotating Headliners (tribute band show) and popular game shows (like “Love and Marriage”). Royal Theatre has its own bar for refreshments. During the shows, waiters walk around and offer bar service. During the day, the theater functions as cinema (incl DreamWorks 3D movies) and also hosts enrichment lectures and bingo playing sessions. Royal Caribbean’s Snowball Jackpot Bingo offers most generous payouts (final jackpots are in several thousand dollars). Among the bingo prizes are also free cabin upgrades and even free cruises.

On Deck 4 is the balcony level of the Center Ice Rink (Studio B) - an ice-skating stadium (2-tiered show lounge) with capacity ~1000 seats (50 guests per session / 45 min sessions, reservations recommended). This is a multipurpose complex for daily activities (ice skating, ice games, hockey, cooking demonstrations, adult scavenger hunts) and a live production show (professional ice show) in the evening. Studio B is complimentary – equipment is provided and no reservations are needed. Tickets are free but have to be obtained in advance. The RCI’s exclusive ice show programming includes 2 new productions (both RCI originals) with world-class skating performances and stunning multimedia – “1977” (time-travel and dimension-jumping themed adventure based in London England, with Panasonic-developed video projection technology) and “iSkate Showcase” (talented skaters performing to their favorite tunes). During both large-scale ice skating shows, the ice rink transforms to create an ultra-HD video background. These productions are via partnership with Luminous Creative Imaging (Amsterdam-based digital art company).

Studio B also doubles as Laser Tag Arena - a team-playing experience offering glow-in-the-dark laser tag gaming with top-notch special effects.

Entertainment Place (neighborhood/nightclub district) offers daily live performances and demonstrations (incl cooking demos and DreamWorks characters meets-greets).

Comedy Club (“The Attic”) is an adult comedy lounge with its own bar and live stand-up comedy acts nightly. Adjacent to the club is the Crown & Anchor room.

Diamond Club Lounge (open 24-hours) is an exclusive bar lounge for Diamond, Diamond Plus and Pinnacle Club passengers (by the RCI’s loyalty program). The lounge offers concierge service (between 8:30-11:30 am, and between 5-8:30 pm). The amenities and services provided include: personalized stationery, served Continental breakfast (8-10 am), Hors d’oeuvres and petit fours (served, respectively, before and after dinner), complimentary self-service bar (free drinks), reservations (specialty restaurants, shore excursions/tours, Beach Cabanas), Salon/Spa appointments, show ticketing assistance, media borrowing (music and movies on disks and DVDs), business services (faxing, copying), private party arrangements. The lounge also has Internet-connected computers and features two virtual balconies (instead of windows).

Art Gallery displays original artworks available for purchasing at discount prices (allegedly cheaper than at land galleries).

Casino Royale is a large-capacity, Vegas-style gambling casino with 456 slot machines, 27 gaming tables, poker room (for high-stake players), full-service Casino Bar Lounge (seating area with plush chairs and sofas). The Casino staff also provides complimentary gambling lessons. Regularly, here are hosted gambling tournaments. The list of available games includes Video Poker (machines) and table games (Craps, Roulette, Black Jack 21, Caribbean Stud Poker). Guests can pay in cash, with their “Sea Pass” cards or with their WOWbands.

The midship/larger Casino section is a smoking-allowed venue, while the forward-starboard Casino section (aka Golden Room) is smaller and non-smoking. The non-smoking Casino/Golden Room has 40x slot machines, 1x blackjack table, 1x poker table.

Main Dining Room (mid-level 2 of 3) is an aft-located complimentary restaurant for Dinner only, with 2 fixed sittings - at 6 or 8:30 pm, plus the flexible My Time Dining program.

A total of 24 elevators (12x forward + 12x aft) provide access all the way to deck 16, while decks 17 and 18 are accessed by 6 lifts.
