- Ventura’s Oasis Spa – Thermal Suite (aroma showers, sauna (Laconium), steam room (Caldarium), relaxation area; day pass and weekly Spa packages)
- Laguna Pool & Bar (with 2 Whirlpools; open 12-7pm; this is the place for ice carving demos, quizzes, night parties. The pool is 1.6 to 2.2 m deep, 11 m long and 4.6 m wide)
- Frankie’s (complimentary pizzas, ice cream bar; open 11am-6pm)
- Frankie’s Grill (complimentary fast food bar, hotdogs, burgers)
- Beachcomber Pool & Bar (with Skydome retractable glass roof, poolside bar, 2 Whirlpools, tennis tables, 1.6 to 2.2 m deep, 10.5 m long and 4.6 m wide; open 12-10:30pm)
- Waterside (332 seats buffet restaurant; full English breakfast 8-12am, lunch 12-2.30pm, Afternoon Tea 3-5pm, Noddy’s Tea/kids 5-6.30pm, dinner 6-9.30pm, night snacks 9.30pm-6am; enomatic wine machines/premium wines by the glass)

- The Beach House (324 seats buffet restaurant; early breakfast 6-7am, full English breakfast 7-10am, lunch 12-3pm, serves as NYC deli for dinner 6:30-9.30pm). The evening menu features starters like Caeser Salad or Buffalo wings, mains of sirloin steak, burgers, pasta, pizza and Beach House ribs, desserts including baked chocolate fudge cake and New York Cheesecake. No cover charge is applied and special items such as Surf'n'Turf, Fruits de Mer and Pan Fried Fillet of Beef are additional charge ranging GBP 4.50-9.50.
