Review of Viking Legend deck 3 (Upper)
Legend Lounge & Bar is an indoor observation lounge (forward location) with a round-shaped bar and floor-ceiling windows. The lounge is connected via floor-ceiling sliding doors to the Legend ship’s Aquavit Terrace. The Terrace is an outdoor seating lounge area, also offering al fresco dining. The Legend Lounge’s entertainment options include live grand piano performances by a resident pianist, nightly cocktail hour, live band music and dancing (on themed nights), cooking demonstrations, tastings (local delicacies, European wines, cheeses, liqueurs, etc), watching movies. Depending on the visited regions and ports (cities and towns along the Viking Legend itinerary), the observation lounge also hosts land tours-, culture- and history-related lectures, open discussions, and multimedia presentations, daily trivia.
The Atrium’s Upper Deck section has a spacious seating area, panoramic views from large windows, Tea & Coffee corner (24-hour complimentary usage, also with fruits, sparkling water, pastries, cookies). The Atrium also has direct access to the Legend Lounge and to the Upper Deck accommodations.
The Library (aft location, with an outdoor seating area) has comfortable seating, 80+ books in different languages, magazines, playing cards, board games, and 2 Internet computers.
Cabins from 300 to 337, most of which French Balcony (33x category A), two AA French Balcony Suites, and two Single cabins (#309 and #337, both with French balconies).
