A separate link provides an extensive information on Viking Skaga staterooms (cabins and suites), including photos, cabin plans and amenities by room type and category.
Viking Skaga (2020-built) is one of the Seine River deployed Viking River Cruises longships - together with the fleetmates and sisterships Fjorgyn, Kari, Radgrid and Nerthus. This riverboat is named after the valkyrie Skaga. According to Norse mythology, the valkyries ("choosers of the slain", handmaidens of god Odin) are horse-riding female entities bestowed by goddess Freya with the right to decide which soldiers will die in the battle and which will live.
Viking Skaga cruise ship deck plan shows a total of 84 staterooms for 168 passengers served by 46 crew/staff, 4 passenger decks (3 with cabins), 1 glass elevator (connecting Main-Upper decks only).
The Viking longship Skaga has no fitness/gym room, swimming pool/whirlpool, spa/beauty salon, self-service laundry facilities (laundromats). Passengers may access health and spa facilities at luxury hotels along the Seine River cruise itinerary route.
Unlike standard Viking Longships, Skaga also lacks the aft-sundeck's putting green (mini-golf course), Herb Garden (organic herbal garden) and the deckgames area (with shuffleboard).
