Review of Viking Torgil deck 3 (Upper-Cabins-Lobby-Lounge)

The ship's Aquavit Terrace is connected to and served by the Observation Lounge. The Terrace is a bow location outdoor seating lounge and casual dining venue with panoramic scenery views. This venue serves Breakfast, (light) Cafe Lunch, and Dinner.

Viking Lounge & Bar (observation lounge with dance floor and own bar). Has floor-ceiling glass doors, self-service coffee makers (24-hour, bean-ground coffee, latte, macchiato, cappuccino). Entertainment options here are live grand piano performances by a resident pianist and cocktail hour (nightly), live band music and dancing (on themed nights), cooking classes and demonstrations, watching movies (on a big Plasma screen). Depending on the visited Douro River port cities and towns along the cruise itinerary, this lounge features land tours-, culture- and history-themed lectures, and multimedia presentations (including on Iberian history, flamenco, fado, wine-making, etc). Special activities here are the tastings (local delicacies, Portuguese wines, cheeses, liqueurs, etc).

The Atrium Lobby has Reception (guest services desk - information, assistance), Land Excursions & Tours Director Desk (daily program activities information), Tea & Coffee corner (open 24-hour, complimentary fruits, sparkling water, pastries, cookies), Public Restrooms, live flowers decorations.

Atrium's Boutique Shop sells gifts, souvenirs, convenience goods.

The Library has a comfortable seating area, 80+ books in different languages, magazines, playing cards, board games, and 2 Internet computers.
