Cabins numbers 10, 11, 12, and 13, of which bow location Master Suites (#10 and 11, both with a second large veranda) and Balcony Suite category SA (#12 and 13).
The Boarding Area / Lobby has a Guest Services Desk and a seating area.
Adjacent to the Boarding Lounge is the Cruise Director’s Office (APT Tour Director, using the services of local guides on safari cruises).
The next venue is the small Library/Reading Room combined with the Curio Shop. The room is air-conditioned. The Library has travel guides, books and Zambezi Queen itineraries related materials (African safari tours, game parks and reserves, wildlife), also a video player with documentary movies. The Reading Room also has computer stations, binoculars, even a telescope. Curio is the ship’s Gift Shop. It sells special occasion gifts, logo items, traditional African hand-made souvenirs, some convenience goods.

Engine Room (aft location). The luxury Zambezi Queen houseboat has water-jet propulsion. During the day the boat operates on fuel-efficient generators power, while during the night it runs on battery power.
