Cunard Line’s Queen Victoria ship arrived in Belfast Harbour on April 26 for dry-docking at Harland & Wolff shipyard.
The ocean liner is the largest cruise ship ever to dry-dock in a UK shipyard and the only ever Cunard Line vessel to dry-dock in Belfast (Northern Ireland).
After canceling 5 sailings, Cunard Line announced that the scheduled return to service of Queen Victoria had been rescheduled for June 5. After completion of the drydock, the liner will start with a 16-day journey from Southampton (England UK) to Hamburg (Germany), cruising through the Mediterranean with calls in Spain, Gibraltar, Italy, and more.
The P&O UK’s ship Aurora is also expected to arrive at Belfast's Harland & Wolff shipyard for dry dock refurbishment.
