The first cruise ship in 2+ years arrived in Sydney NS (Nova Scotia Canada) on Sunday, May 1.
Regent's Seven Seas Navigator pulled in around noon but she was not the first cruise ship scheduled to arrive on the island.
There are a total of 83 cruise ships scheduled to call in Sydney in 2022.
For the first time, a pair of ships will be able to dock at once in the harbour, after Sydney port’s 2nd berth was completed during the COVID crisis.
Cruise ship crew and passengers have to be fully vaccinated against COVID in order to enter Canada. Passengers have to take a COVID test before they set sail.
