Following the news that its entire fleet is back in service, CCL-Carnival Cruise Line announced it is now taking reservations for weddings/vow renewals on voyages starting September 2022/beyond.
According to Jeremy Schiller, vice president of operations for Carnival, for decades, the line had been the leading wedding operator in the cruise industry, so they were very excited to restart their wedding program for guests who have been longing to celebrate their nuptials onboard CCL ships.
“Creating special memories for our guests is what we do, it’s who we are, and the time to help them live out the weddings of their dreams is back!”
CCL’s wedding & vow renewal offerings are expansive, giving passengers the opportunity to make memories with a unique ceremony. With the help of CCL’s team of trained wedding planners, vacationers can choose from ceremonies at sea onboard a Carnival ship; on embarkation day, allowing them to invite guests who are not sailing; and even at the select port of call destinations. A honeymoon doesn’t get easier than setting sail on a cruise right after the wedding.
From the music, decor, and music to cocktail receptions, photography, and more, the Weddings by Carnival team puts the fun back into the wedding planning process. Wedding & vow renewal packages range from intimate ceremonies to large celebrations with family and friends.
September 2022 will be the first time CCL is offering weddings/vow renewals since March 2020, before the pause in guest operations.
The wedding/vow renewal program is limited to liners sailing from the United States at this time.
