The UK-based Fred Olsen Cruise Lines welcomed its 3rd ship back into service, with the return of ms Balmoral marking the start of a summer season from homeports Newcastle upon Tyne (England) and Rosyth-Edinburgh (Scotland).
Balmoral will split her summer cruises between the two ports, ahead of a program of winter sailings from Dover and Southampton (England), with two new Captains - Valentin Giuglea and Steffan Ravneng, at the helm.
